After a tragic mishap over the South China Sea leaves one man dead and another injured, a fighter pilot quits the Navy to be with his family. Just as their life seems its best, tragedy strikes, dragging his 7 year old daughter into a delusional fantasy world and him to the bottom of the bottle.

Fifteen years later his past catches up to them when a botched attempt on his life leaves him in a coma, and his now grown daughter has to uncover who's trying to kill her dad.

The award winning filmmaking team Fandango Pictures and award winning writer/director Ram Hernandez bring you Phoenix Falling, a family epic with a touch of magic realism. Phoenix Falling is based on the award winning screenplay The Blue Light, which garnered the coveted GAIA award at the 2006 Moondance International Film Festival in Hollywood.

Filmed on location throughout Florida and some parts of Southern California. Florida locations: The Redlands, North Lauderdale, Central Florida/Lake Okeechobee, Palm Beach, Greater Miami, The Florida Keys. Sporting a cast of 80.

This film stars Emily Rae; she plays "young Kate" in LOST and "Rebecca Prince" in The Office. Lesley Staples was one of Disney's Calendar Girls, Derek Latta is a veteran commercial actor. Stephanie Greco is now making her mark in LA.
